Rescatan a 57 migrantes de la India en Cancún

Un grupo de 57 migrantes indocumentados provenientes de la India fueron rescatados este lunes de un domicilio en la supermanzana 27, sobre la calle circuito Coral, en Benito Juárez.

Alertados por un reporte al 911, elementos de Seguridad Ciudadana y de la Fiscalía General de Quintana Roo, así como del Instituto Nacional de Migración y policías municipales, sitiaron el domicilio donde se realizó el operativo.

De acuerdo con los vecinos, de dicho domicilio salían algunas personas durante en la noche de manera sospechosa, por lo que alertaron a las autoridades.

Los elementos observaron a las personas y al aproximarse estas denunciaron estar privadas de la libertad, por lo que se realizó un operativo de los tres niveles de gobierno para rescatar a las 57 personas que quedaron bajo resguardo de la autoridad competente.

Las autoridades no han informado si hubo personas detenidas durante el operativo.
