El gobierno municipal de Benito Juárez anunció dos nuevas obras con una inversión de alrededor de 59 millones de pesos con recursos provenientes del saneamiento ambiental.
Ana Patricia Peralta de la Peña, presidenta municipal de Benito Juárez, informó que los trabajos se realizarán en el parque de “Las Niñas y los niños” y en el de “Las Palapas”.
“Vienen dos obras preciosas para los cancunenses que es un parque de niñas y niños y la renovación y ampliación del parque de Las Palapas”.
El primer proyecto tendrá una inversión de alrededor de 33 millones de pesos, mientras que al segundo se le destinará un monto de casi 26 millones de pesos, provenientes de este cobro que se realiza a los turistas por noche en Cancún, detalló la alcaldesa.
Señaló que ambos proyectos, que ya fueron aprobados por los miembros del Comité de Derecho de Saneamiento, empezarán en agosto.
La entrevistada comentó que la aprobación de ambas obras en los parques se suma al proyecto de las más de mil cámaras de videovigilancia que reforzarán a las que ya cuenta el C5, que también fue aprobado por los miembros de este grupo, integrado por organizaciones sociales y el gobierno municipal.
Asimismo, Peralta de la Peña informó que, de manera paulatina, ya se están formalizando los Comités de Contraloría de Obras en las diferentes obras que se realizarán en el municipio.
“Ya estamos en el proceso de licitación. Esperamos arrancar a finales de julio, principios de agosto las primeras obras de nuestra ciudad, en Sac Be, la Noria. Ya se conformó la del Politécnico, que es una avenida sumamente importante, que es muy transitada, va a cambiar completamente para todos los usuarios, pero también para los vecinos y los comercios”.
Detalló que ya se han formalizados los Comités de Contraloría de Obras en Sac Be, la Noria, el del Centro de Retención -también conocido como “El Torito”-, el de las avenidas Politécnico, Págalo, Orquídeas y el de la supermanzana 21.
Los Comités de Contraloría de Obras están conformados por vecinos que serán beneficiados por la realización de distintas obras públicas, que se dedicarán a garantizar la transparencia en el desarrollo de estos trabajos.
