Una excelente forma de celebrar este día es realizando una clase especial, participar en los eventos del estudio al que asistes, y si no es posible, con una clase en casa

Desde el año 2014, las Naciones Unidas proclamaron el 21 de junio cómo el Día Internacional del Yoga, una disciplina milenaria que es fuente de bienestar.

Más allá de su impacto en la salud física, el yoga también promueve el bienestar mental, y tras dos años de pandemia, hay gente que ha optado por esta disciplina para mantenerse saludable y rejuvenecida, además de que ha ayudado a aliviar el miedo y la ansiedad.

Por eso, para conmemorar este día, si no tienes oportunidad de estar al aire libre, participar en un evento de celebración del Día Internacional del Yoga o en tu estudio de yoga tomando una clase, puedes hacer una clase de yoga en casa, ya sea que te hayas aprendido alguna serie de yoga o te auxilies de YouTube, ya que varios instructores tienen sus canales en este sitio.
