Este viernes, el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) mediante un tweet informó de las posibles sanciones que enfrentarían los influencers y el Partido Verde Ecologista de México que violaron la veda electoral en caso de que proceda su caso.
Personas físicas se amonestará con multa de hasta 2 mil días de Salario Mínimo General, para las personas morales hasta 100 mil días de Salario Mínimo General.
Para el partido político, en este caso el PVEM podría recibir una multa de 10 mil días de Salario Mínimo General, reducción de hasta el 50% de su financiamiento y en caso de conductas reiteradas podrían perder su registro.
Esto ocurre luego de que la Fiscalía Especializada en materia de Delitos Electorales (FISEL), recibió alrededor de 100 denuncias a través de sus sistemas de atención ciudadana, FEDENET y FEDETEL y que la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) emitió un comunicado en el que menciona que iniciará una investigación.
Influencers como Bárbara de Regil mencionó que su publicación salió “del corazón” mientras que Pamela Voguel y Romina Marcos han salido a pedir disculpas sobre estas acciones.
