Porque a este gobierno humanista y progresista, las familias de Quintana Roo sí le interesan, la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa les pidió que no se dejen engañar con promesas falsas o soluciones rápidas, ya que estar en terrenos irregulares representa un proceso legal para llegar a tener la certeza jurídica.
Durante una reciente visita a la ciudad de Tulum, Mara Lezama destacó que, para llegar a este proceso de regularización, como lo hizo en Cancún cuando fue presidenta municipal de Benito Juárez, y como se hace ahora en la colonia Colosio de Playa del Carmen, se requiere de la participación de todas las partes y hacerlo de manera correcta y coordinada.
Es por conducto de los entes y programas regularizadores del Estado, siempre en coordinación con todas las autoridades de índole federal y municipal, y con la participación de particulares, como se está regularizando a las familias de Tulum en aquellas superficies que son propiedad del Estado, todo esto en el marco del Nuevo Acuerdo por el Bienestar y Desarrollo de Quintana Roo.
La gobernadora Mara Lezama resaltó que es por conducto de la Agencia de Proyectos Estratégicos (AGEPRO) como el gobierno del estado, a través de un programa para la contratación y titulación de asentamientos humanos irregulares en los bienes de dominio privado, como se encuentra regularizando a las familias de Tulum en aquellas superficies que son propiedad del Estado.
Precisó que existen solicitudes de regularización sobre lotes que se encuentran dentro de superficies que son propiedad privada. No obstante, el gobierno del estado continúa trabajando en la búsqueda de alternativas para solucionar dicha problemática y otorgar la certeza jurídica y bienestar social a las familias que lo han solicitado.
Insistió en dejar en claro que la regularización de la tierra requiere un proceso cuidadoso y coordinado, donde cada paso es supervisado para asegurar que las familias tengan la seguridad de que su hogar está protegido por la ley.
Lo más importante, -dijo- es que las y los ciudadanos de Tulum puedan vivir en un lugar seguro, con certeza jurídica, y que sepan que el gobierno estatal está plenamente comprometido con su bienestar y desarrollo.
